Qualcomm who creates chip, semiconductors, software and provide services related to wireless technology is now entering new era which is Artificial Intelligence(AI) the fifth generation technology.
THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT:
Two chips that is AI200 and AI250 which is based on Artificial Intelligence and also a big announcement is that its data center will be directly compete with company NVIDIA and AMD.
So, What next now ? Are these chips available from today ?
Not yet, But in 2026 AI200 and its rack servers will complete the program.
In 2027, AI250 will come, and so on in 2028 next will come.
What is difference between AI200 and AI250 ?
AI250 will provide 10x power of memory as compared to AI200. It is purely dedicated to AI system.
Currently, QCOMM provides the AI 100 Ultra Card designed for drop-in-card.
What company said about this AI chips ?
“With Qualcomm AI200 and AI250, we’re redefining what’s possible for rack-scale AI inference,” Durga Malladi, senior vice president in the company’s Qualcomm Technologies unit said.
So, wait and watch it will show another level of stocks and definitely it will be night maire for someone who invest in it.
